Hon Susan Akomeah, the Municipal Chief Executive for Asante Akim Central has appealed to the people in her Municipality to ensure that they are counted in the ongoing Population and Housing Census.

National Population and Housing Census officials, this morning visited Hon. Susan Akomeah at her residence to get her enumerated.

According to the MCE, enumeration exercise is at the heart of every country because it comes with numerous importance. Through this, the government will have a fair idea about the population size of the country for policy formulation for the development of the Municipality and the country as a whole.

She urged the official to work their hearts out and do the exercise diligently.

Hon.Akomeah also appealed to citizens to receive the enumerators well and give them accurate data.
